"Magician's Success" – Vanishing Twin
It has an experimental feel with soft vocals that kinda reminds me of Stereolab, but has the silliest little “boing” sounds over it that is so cartoonish and addicting. I’ve just been bumping this over and over and over!

"How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" – Al Green
There's nothing that screams, or in this case, croons autumn quite like Al Green. As a hopeless romantic in perpetual recovery, Al Green speaks to my heart while asking the question we all wonder. How can you mend a broken heart? And, just like the Reverend, we still don't know. Yet life goes on! No one embodies that melancholic sense of hope quite like Al Green.

World's Worst – World's Worst
For fans of shoegaze, indie rock, and emo. This short and sweet album is World’s Worst debut LP, full of fuzzed out nostalgic guitar riffs that make me feel like I'm in a mid 2000s indie movie. I also think they’re being too hard on themselves, they are in fact not the world’s worst.

Weird Fishes / Arpeggi– Radiohead
This is forever my best friend and I's song. The first time I heard it, I was floating, surrounded by drooping half-dead plants and fairy lights twinkling against stacks of jazz records. It's one of those songs that hits you with such vivid memories that you can't help but stop what you're doing to appreciate the moment.

moving and emotional folk, "Name of God" is one of my favorites off the album

Bonito Generation – Kero Kero Bonito
Just like the cover art, the melodies are vibrant, fun, girly, bubblegum. Sarah Bonito's lyrics are refreshingly simple, she enunciates every word and the rhymes are springy - it's like an escape from the serious. Songs like Big City and Lipslap have a unique groove & synth, 10/10.

"Glide" - From Flowers to Flies
This song has everything a musicians loves… polyrhythms, amazing harmony and melodies, and saxophones. Amazing musicians doing amazing work with their style. Every song is different on their EP “we built this machine” and each song is better than the next but this one is one of my favorites.

"Money Wonder" – Mystic Jungle
Abroad in Barcelona, I found myself in a bar with a vinyl DJ - he was playing cool music and after exploring around the songs he was playing, I stumbled across Money Wonder by Mystic Jungle. It has a groovy, funky, electronic feel. My time abroad has been filled with vintage shopping, jazz bars, art museums, and colorful culture, and I feel like this song encapsulates EXACTLY that, all in one.

When Angels Cry – jev
“ALICE” is just so satisfying to listen to. It has a rly creative intro that’s sprinkled in the rest of the song.

Violent Femmes – Violent Femmes
Catchy, angsty, distinctive alt rock. A classic for the likes of angry teenagers (and those who are still angry teenagers at heart). I'm currently a big fan of Add It Up and Gone Daddy Gone.

"Pick Up the Phone" – PAWSA, Nate Dogg
The beat helps me concentrate and it’s the kind of song you can listen to walking to class, driving, or working out

Ghost of Your Guitar Solo – MJ Lenderman
Cute and fun country type vibe! I like Gentleman’s Jack a lot, silly song.

Heaven of Las Vegas – Cocteau Twins
This has been one of my reigning fall albums for years... November doesn't exist without it.
